A patient should do cardiovascular exercises and crunches. Crunches are highly helpful not only to burn stomach fat but from every portion of the body. Additionally, patients must avoid fast foods and concentrate only on taking healthy vegetables and fruits. There are some medications too that largely help in lessening weight. Gastric bypass surgery too helps in lessening weight in pessimistically obese patients.
